Returns and Exchanges

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, Luxevitalis only accepts returns for unopened products.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused and unopened
• The original safety seal must remain intact and unbroken
• The product must be in its original packaging
• The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase must be provided

Products with broken seals, opened packaging, or signs of use are not eligible for return or exchange.

This policy applies to all supplements, skincare products, fragrances, and hygiene-related items sold by Luxevitalis.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
